Hi, I’m Yulia! I have always believed that every child has the ability to succeed when they are taught with patience, encouragement, and the right approach. With a Master’s degree in Psychology and more than 10 years of experience working with children as a teacher, tutor, preschool educator, and child psychologist, I have dedicated my career to helping students grow both academically and personally.
I specialize in making learning engaging, understandable, and enjoyable. My goal is not only to help students master mathematics and other academic subjects, but also to build their confidence, critical thinking skills, and love of learning. Every child learns differently, so I take the time to understand each student’s strengths and create an individualized path to success.
At Prominent Learning Center, I am committed to providing a supportive, positive environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions, overcome challenges, and achieve their full potential. Nothing brings me greater joy than seeing a child gain confidence and realize they are capable of more than they ever imagined.

Hi, I’m Dustin! I’ve always believed that the best teachers don’t just explain how to solve a problem - they help students understand why it matters.
Before becoming a tutor, I spent more than 20 years leading teams, training professionals, and solving complex business challenges. Throughout my career, I discovered that one of the things I enjoyed most was teaching others, helping people build confidence, and watching them succeed. That passion eventually led me to education, where I found my true calling.
Today, I have the privilege of working with students in grades 5-11, helping them strengthen their math skills, prepare for tests, and develop confidence that extends far beyond the classroom. I enjoy taking concepts that may seem overwhelming and breaking them into simple, manageable steps. I also love connecting lessons to real life, showing students how mathematics is used in everyday decisions, careers, and problem-solving.
Every student learns differently, so I believe in meeting each child where they are. Whether a student needs extra support to catch up or is looking for a greater challenge, my goal is always the same - to create a positive, encouraging environment where they feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and growing with confidence.
I earned my MBA with a concentration in Finance, a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, and became a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Those experiences have given me a practical perspective that I enjoy bringing into my lessons, making learning more meaningful and relevant.
Nothing is more rewarding than seeing a student realize they can do something they once believed was impossible. I truly believe that with patience, encouragement, and the right guidance, every student can become a confident learner.
I look forward to meeting your family and helping your child discover that success in math isn’t about being “naturally good” at it - it’s about learning to think, persevere, and believe in yourself.
